How its URLs are put together
Joyagoo uses query string — ?shop_type=taobao&id=, identical to MuleBuy and CNFans. That is one of thirteen distinct URL families across the forty agents in the converter above, and the reason a spreadsheet built for one agent does not open in another without help.
The number nobody quotes
Joyagoo sits at 4.6 out of 5 across 2,900 Trustpilot reviews. MuleBuy sits at 4.7 across 2,813. Those two results are, for practical purposes, the same result — a tenth of a point on samples of comparable size is noise, not a ranking.
Joyagoo nonetheless appears far less often in agent discussions than its numbers would predict. That gap is worth naming because it points at something structural: which agents get discussed is driven by which agents pay for discussion, not by which agents perform. An affiliate programme buys mentions; a good service does not, by itself, buy anything.
Reading a ranking against its funding
Every comparison you read in this category, including ours, is written by someone with a commercial position. The useful question is never whether a bias exists but whether the page tells you where it points.
Ours: Joyagoo pays this site nothing. Neither does MuleBuy. One agent in our table does pay us, and it is neither of the two at the top of the ratings. That is the whole disclosure, and it is on its own page rather than buried here.
What a Joyagoo sheet is made of
Rows of Taobao, Weidian and 1688 listing IDs, wrapped in Joyagoo's query-string URLs. Same format as MuleBuy, CNFans, OrientDig, LoveGoBuy, HipoBuy, iTaoBuy, EastMallBuy and USFans — nine agents, one URL shape.
Which means a Joyagoo sheet is not a Joyagoo asset. It is a list of products that happens to be wearing Joyagoo's domain, and the converter above takes the domain off.
Where the money and the risk actually sit
If Joyagoo is genuinely level with MuleBuy on the numbers, the tiebreak has to come from somewhere else. Three places worth looking, in order of how much money they move.
- The freight quote on your actual basket. Both charge 0% on the order, so this is the only price either of them is really quoting. It is also where they differ most.
- The exchange rate at checkout. Two or three percent against mid-market, invisible on any receipt, and larger than the service fees this category abolished.
- Whether either has ever actually failed you. One completed order tells you more about your own experience than 2,900 tells you about the average.
Run the fee calculator first if only to confirm the fee column is a dead end — that is genuinely its most useful output.
