TL;DR

Browse a rep spreadsheet, paste a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link for checkout URLs across all 40 agents, or find the Yupoo sellers behind the same listings — plus five free calculators for shipping, fees, sizing and QC. Every number is either sourced and attributed or labelled an estimate. We are not an agent, and the agent ordering follows sourced data.

Use the tools right here

No sign-up, no redirect. These run in your browser on this page — the full versions with the explanations behind them are one click away.

Convert a link to 40 agents

Paste a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link — or an existing agent link to re-route it.

Which agent uses which URL format →

What will shipping cost?

Box dimensions matter more than weight. Enter both.

Lines, transit times and duty →

What size do I order?

Measure heel to longest toe. Chinese listings work to millimetres.

Model-by-model fit adjustments →

What do 8 agents charge?

Six of the eight charge nothing. The answer explains where the money actually goes.

Ratings and storage windows →

The forty agents the converter speaks

If you recognise two or three of these, you already know what the tool does: paste a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link and it returns the checkout URL for every one of them at once. Paste one of their links and it works backwards, so a spreadsheet full of dead PandaBuy URLs is recoverable.

Go straight to a supplier catalogue

Ten categories, opening our own Yupoo album in a new tab. These are catalogues we keep ourselves — no cart, no checkout, just what the factory network is actually holding. How to read a Yupoo album if this is new to you.

Or skip the agent entirely

An agent is a middleman with its own margin, its own exchange rate and its own queue. Everything in these albums can come straight from the factory network instead — send us a screenshot, we quote it, you pay, it ships. Single units go out at the wholesale price, larger orders go lower, and Europe, North America and South America normally land in 6–12 days because the parcel skips the warehouse-consolidation step altogether.

  • One unit is still wholesale. There is no minimum and no per-item surcharge for ordering one.
  • One conversation, start to finish. Quote, QC photos, payment and tracking all happen in the same thread — no dashboard, no ticket queue.
  • 6–12 days to most of Europe and the Americas. Faster than the agent route because there is no consolidation wait in the middle.

What the factory network actually holds

Twenty items pulled at random from the 11,349-product index behind the Yupoo albums above. The price column is the supplier's own, in yuan — it is the number every agent in the converter starts from before adding its fee, its exchange rate and freight. Every one of them is stock we can supply directly — send a screenshot and we quote it at the factory rate, single units included.

20 items drawn from a 11,349-product supplier index, with all 196 of their photographs — click any thumbnail to open the full set. Prices are the supplier's, in yuan, converted at ¥1 = $0.14 (August 2026); they exclude agent fees and international shipping.

Every row is a real listing and every photograph is the supplier's own, self-hosted rather than hotlinked. Column four is model-level fact — the year, the designer, the material or the sizing behaviour — not a category description. Where a name identifies no specific model, it says so with the measurement that actually transfers instead of inventing a story.

Anything above, at the factory rate. Send a screenshot, we quote it, you pay, it ships — single units at wholesale, better on volume, 6–12 days to most of Europe and the Americas.

What these tools are for

Buying from a Chinese marketplace through an agent involves four decisions, and each one has a way to get it wrong that costs real money. Which agent to route the order through. Which shipping line to take. What size to order. Whether to approve the parcel at QC. Every tool here maps to one of those four.

They are calculators rather than articles, because the questions have numeric answers. What does a 3 kg parcel to Manchester cost on an economy line? What does a $300 basket cost in fees at Sugargoo versus MuleBuy? What EU size is a 265 mm foot? These are answerable, and the answers change what you do next.

What we will not do

There are no invented numbers on this site. That sounds like a low bar, and in this category it is not — comparison pages routinely publish confident per-kilogram rate cards and agent scores with no source behind either.

Where a figure comes from somewhere, it is attributed. The shipping estimates interpolate between published 2 kg and 5 kg prices per route and say so on the page. Fee and Trustpilot data comes from a July 2026 comparison snapshot, named on the calculator. Ten of the forty agents in the link converter are missing from the fee calculator entirely, because we could not verify their rates and would rather leave a gap than fill it with a guess.

The one thing worth internalising: six of the eight agents we could verify charge 0% on the order itself. The fee column is therefore almost useless for choosing between them. The money is made on the exchange rate applied to your payment and the margin on the shipping quote — neither of which appears on a comparison table, including ours.

How the process actually runs

1. Find the item

Community spreadsheets, Yupoo albums from suppliers, or searching Taobao directly with the Chinese product name. The catalogue page lists 30 supplier albums sorted into 9 categories, which is faster than scrolling a flat list of links when you already know you want a Samba rather than a Jordan.

2. Convert the link

Whatever form the link arrives in, the useful part is the numeric product ID. The converter extracts it and rebuilds the URL for 40 agents, including from links that are already pointing at a different agent.

3. Pick an agent and order

You pay the agent, the agent buys from the seller, the item goes to their warehouse. Domestic Chinese shipping is usually a few yuan and often free. This step is where the exchange rate quietly does its work.

4. Check the QC photos

The warehouse photographs your item and holds it until you approve. This is the last cheap decision — a rejection here costs domestic return shipping, a rejection after international freight costs more than most items. The checklist covers what to look at.

5. Consolidate and ship

Ship several items together to pay the first-weight charge once. Free storage runs 60 to 100 days depending on the agent, so there is no rush — but past roughly 8–10 kg the per-kilo rate dominates and waiting stops saving you anything. The shipping calculator shows where that line falls for your route.

Three things that cost people the most money

Volumetric weight

Carriers bill on length × width × height ÷ 6000 when that exceeds the actual weight. Four pairs of sneakers in their boxes measure roughly 40×30×20 cm, which is 4 kg volumetric against maybe 1.8 kg actual. You pay for 4. Asking the agent to remove the boxes and vacuum-pack drops it to about 1.8 kg billed — on a US route, roughly $34 down to $22. It is free and almost nobody asks.

Converting sizes twice

UK, US and EU sizing are built on different units from different zero points, so each conversion rounds. Going UK to US to EU to a Chinese listing can drift a full size. Measure your foot in millimetres and convert once — millimetres are what the factory works to anyway.

Approving QC without looking

The most common fault is a warehouse pick error, not a manufacturing defect, and it is visible in twenty seconds if you compare the size stamp against the box label. Most buyers never do.

What the numbers actually say

A few figures come up often enough to be worth stating plainly, with their sources, rather than leaving buried in a calculator.

Reference figures used across this site, with where each comes from.

Two of those deserve a second look. The KakoBuy figure is the one most likely to be quoted out of context — 2.5 out of 5 reads as damning until you notice it rests on 74 reviews, which is roughly a fortnight of feedback for a busy agent. And the CNFans versus MuleBuy comparison inverts if you weight by evidence rather than by headline: 4.2 across 13,300 buyers is a more settled result than 4.7 across 2,813.

Who runs this

A sourcing team that has been shipping parcels out of Guangdong since 2019. That is the reason the shipping and QC pages read the way they do — the volumetric problem and the pick-error problem are what actually generate messages, not the things comparison articles tend to lead with.

If you want a second opinion on a specific item, a QC photo set or which agent suits a particular order, the WhatsApp and Telegram lines are answered by people who handle this daily.

Where this actually gets made

Global footwear production ran to 24.6 billion pairs in 2025 according to the World Footwear Yearbook, and China has been the largest producer of that total for decades. The relevant part for anyone reading this is not the headline number but the shape underneath it: China's manufacturing is organised into dense regional clusters, each one specialising to a degree that has no real equivalent anywhere else.

The clusters behind the catalogues on this site. These are long-established industrial concentrations, not a claim about any specific factory.
RegionSpecialises inWhy it matters to a buyer
Putian, FujianAthletic footwearBuilt up over decades as an OEM base for international athletic brands. The technical knowledge, the tooling and the material supply chains all stayed after contracts moved on.
Guangzhou, GuangdongLeather goods and bagsBaiyun district is one of the densest leather-goods manufacturing and trading concentrations anywhere. Hardware, leather and assembly sit within the same few square kilometres.
Quanzhou & Jinjiang, FujianSportswear and footwearHome base of several of China's own athletic brands, with the component supply chain that implies.
Dongguan & ShenzhenAccessories, electronics, watchesPrecision assembly and the component markets that feed it.
Haining & Shengzhou, ZhejiangLeather outerwear, knitwear, tiesSpecialist textile clusters that supply far beyond their own product categories.

What clustering actually buys you

The reason a factory in Putian can produce a technically demanding upper is not a secret and it is not a trick. It is that the last-maker, the material supplier, the tooling shop and the assembly line are all within driving distance of each other, and have been iterating together for thirty years. Density compounds. A sample that would take six weeks to turn around where the supply chain is scattered takes days where it is not.

The honest version: this concentration explains why the ceiling is high. It does not mean everything coming out of it is good. The spread between the best and worst factories inside the same cluster is enormous, which is exactly why the QC stage exists and why the photo checklist is the most useful page on this site.

How to judge what you are actually getting

No factory name, batch label or supplier claim substitutes for looking. Batch terminology is not standardised — two sellers using the same phrase ship different things — so the sequence that works is the same regardless of who made it:

  1. Judge the photographs, not the description. Stitching along the toe and heel, the glue line at the midsole, how the logos sit. These are visible in a decent QC shot and they are where corners get cut.
  2. Ask for more photos. Free at most agents, costs a day, and the standard two-to-four wide shots miss exactly the details that matter.
  3. Check the labels first. Size stamp inside against box label outside against what you ordered. Pick errors are more common than manufacturing faults and take twenty seconds to catch.
  4. Reject at the warehouse, not after. A rejection in China costs domestic postage. The same rejection after international freight costs more than most items are worth.

Production figure: World Footwear Yearbook, 2025 global output. Regional specialisations are long-documented industrial clusters; we make no claim about which specific factory supplies any album listed on this site.

CNFans has been rated by 180× more buyers than KakoBuy. That gap matters more than the half-point separating their scores, and it is why a great deal of 2026 writing declaring CNFans finished is worth reading twice — it was trading normally when we checked on 16 August 2026. Answers to what usually gets asked next

Are these tools free?

Yes — all five, with no account, no sign-up and no usage limit. The link converter, shipping calculator, agent fee calculator, size converter and QC checklist all run in your browser, so nothing you paste is sent to a server, logged or stored. Browsing the 30 supplier catalogues and the 11,349-product index with its 96,360 photographs costs nothing either. You pay only when you place an order through an agent.

How is the agent ordering decided?

By sourced score alone — third-party Trustpilot ratings and published fee data from a July 2026 snapshot — never by commercial arrangement. Ten of the forty agents in the link converter are missing from the fee calculator because we could not verify their rates, and a gap is more honest than a guess. KakoBuy is the only agent that pays us a referral commission, and that is disclosed on the disclosure page rather than reflected in the ordering.

Which agent should I use?

Price the same basket at two or three and pick on the shipping quote — there is no single winner. Six of the eight agents we hold verified data for charge 0% on the order itself, so the fee column decides almost nothing. Sugargoo is the outlier at roughly 5% service plus 4.8% and $0.50 on payment, about $30 on a $300 basket. The rest of the money hides in the exchange rate.

Is PandaBuy coming back?

No. PandaBuy was seized in April 2024 and has not reopened; WeGoBuy shut in 2025. The product IDs inside old PandaBuy links survive both closures, because the number belongs to the Taobao or Weidian seller rather than to the agent. Paste a dead row into the link converter and the ID rebuilds against the 40 agents still trading. A sheet built before the seizure is recoverable row by row.

How current is the data?

Fee, rating and free-storage figures come from a named July 2026 third-party snapshot covering eight agents, and the date sits on the calculator itself. Shipping estimates interpolate between published 2 kg and 5 kg route prices. CNFans was checked directly on 16 August 2026 and was trading. Agents change terms without notice, so confirm the rate at checkout before you pay — a snapshot is a starting point, not a guarantee.
