The shape of a AllChinaBuy link
AllChinaBuy uses wrapped URL — /page/buy/?url=, byte-identical in shape to Superbuy's. That is one of thirteen distinct URL families across the forty agents in the converter above, and the reason a spreadsheet built for one agent does not open in another without help.
The format tells you something the marketing does not
AllChinaBuy builds product links as /en/page/buy/?url= plus the encoded source address. Superbuy builds them as /en/page/buy/?url= plus the encoded source address. The path is the same, the parameter is the same, the encoding is the same.
Shared infrastructure is not a scandal and it is not hidden — but it is a useful fact when you are weighing them as alternatives, because “use a different agent as a backup” means less when the backup runs the same stack.
215 reviews is the whole story
AllChinaBuy's 4.1 rests on 215 Trustpilot reviews. That is the second-thinnest sample in our table, ahead only of KakoBuy's 74.
Two hundred reviews will catch an agent that loses parcels. It will not catch an agent that is fine most of the time and poor in one specific way — slow QC photographs, say, or an unhelpful exchange rate — because those complaints are diffuse and only show up at volume. Read the 4.1 as “no disaster visible” rather than “verified good”.
The fee exception worth knowing
AllChinaBuy is free on mainstream platforms and charges a flat 20 RMB — about $2.80 — on second-hand orders. That is the only fee we could verify for it.
Second-hand sourcing is a genuine niche in this category: Japanese and Chinese resale platforms carry archive pieces that never appear on Taobao. If that is what you are buying, $2.80 an order is immaterial. If it is not, the charge never applies to you and the agent is effectively 0% — with the same invisible margins as every other 0% agent.
The order of operations
The shared format with Superbuy has one practical implication worth acting on.
If you keep a backup agent — and after 2024 most experienced buyers do — do not make AllChinaBuy the backup for Superbuy or the other way round. Pick a backup from a different URL family entirely, which in practice means a different technical stack: MuleBuy or Joyagoo on the query-string side, CSSBuy on the slug side.
Store the raw marketplace URL alongside the agent link in your sheet and the question stops mattering. That is the lesson of the PandaBuy collapse, and it takes one extra paste per row.
